We serve Wausau / Rib Mountain, Stevens Point / Plover, and Madison / nearby suburbs. Any travel fee is shown beside your service area in the booking form and included in your estimate. It is charged once per booking, including scheduled cleanup and refresh visits. We group visits by route and confirm your exact address before invoicing. Addresses beyond these service areas need a separate quote approved before booking.

Pumpkins and mums are perishable. Cold, rain, and wildlife can shorten their life, so we cannot guarantee a display through Thanksgiving. We may reschedule for unsafe weather. Tell us about arrival damage within 24 hours, with photos, so we can make it right. Porch Refresh includes one visit within 30 days, up to five standard replacement pumpkins, and restyling. Send a photo to request it; visits are grouped by route. Full Fall care runs for 30 days from installation: we contact you weekly for a porch photo and care advice, and schedule one revisit around days 14–21 with up to eight standard replacements. Photo check-ins are remote; continuous or in-person monitoring is not included. Care ends after day 30 even when cleanup is later. Refresh and Full Fall care exclude unlimited or giant/specialty replacements, mums, severe-weather damage, theft, and extra visits. Additional work is quoted first.

We confirm the final scope and price before sending an invoice. A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due on installation. Cancellation at least seven days before installation receives a deposit refund. Later cancellation may deduct documented materials purchased specifically for your order, up to the deposit. If we cannot fulfill your order and no new date works, we refund the unfulfilled service.

We deliver and arrange the listed pumpkins, miniature bales, mums, and any included cornstalks and ribbon. You do not need to be home if your entry is accessible and pets are secured. Exact varieties depend on harvest. We use your existing containers only with your agreement; new decorative baskets, wreaths, lighting, and structural attachments are not included. Cleanup removes all pumpkins, bales, mums, cornstalks, and ribbon that we supplied, with a sweep of the display area; it is not a general yard cleanup. Tell us if you want to keep your mums. Cleanup routes run November 16–22 or November 30–December 6. We agree on the week when confirming your booking and the exact day before collection. Earlier removal for deterioration can be discussed; outdoor pumpkins are not guaranteed to last until Thanksgiving.
